Bean Adapt Technology helps you set your Rivelia specifically for the beans you use, acting on temperature, intensity, grinding level and other brewing parameters.

If on the one hand temperature and grinding level affect all coffee-based available drinks, intensity only applies to Espresso and is thus available exclusively among this drink settings.

In fact, the development of Bean Adapt has been largely based on scientific literature available, which is mostly on Espresso, and was aided by the expertise of baristas and Espresso coffee experts. For drinks that add milk to Espresso based coffee, many other factors can impact the overall end result (such as the type of milk used), for this reason there is no preset Bean Adapt intensity but you are invited to set the intensity to your preferences.
